Our Inspiration
NextAbility was created to tackle a growing challenge in our community: the high unemployment rate among individuals with autism. In a society where networking and connections drive opportunities, we recognized—especially as young students—the struggles many face in taking that first step toward meaningful interactions. We also understand that in today’s world, networking is a crucial gateway to employment, yet many individuals, especially those with autism, lack the right tools and support to navigate it effectively.
That’s why we built NextAbility—to bridge this gap and empower autistic individuals with the confidence, skills, and connections needed to succeed in their careers.
